Copies of the disclosure letters that we filed today with the Securities and
Exchange Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange regarding the following
matters:

a. Press release regarding the Company’s unaudited consolidated financial
results for the nine (9) months ended September 30, 2016;
b. Acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Tony Tan Caktiong as director of the
Company, effective immediately;
c. Election of Ms. Marife B. Zamora as director of the Company to hold office
effective immediately and for the unexpired term of her predecessor in office,
Mr. Tony Tan Caktiong;
d. Acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Juan B. Santos as nominee director of
the Social Security System, effective immediately;
e. Election of Mr. Amado D. Valdez as nominee director of the Social Security
System to hold office effective immediately and for the unexpired term of his

f. Cash dividend declaration on the Company’s Series IV Cumulative
