Appointment of Interim Company Secretary

Novogen Limited (the Company ) wishes to advise the resignation of Mr Lionel Mateo as Company Secretary, effective immediately. The Board and Management wish to thank Lionel for his contribution to the business over the past 3 years.

The Company appointed Ms Kate Hill as Interim Company Secretary, effective today.
