(b) Resignation of Director

On June 23, 2016, Joe Uva resigned from the Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. (the “ Company ”), including from his memberships on the committees of the Board, effective as of June 28, 2016. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter. The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Uva and expressed gratitude for his service.
