HYDRODEC GROUP PLC (HYR.LN), a cleantech industrial oil re-refining group, said its Canton re-refinery in Ohio, U.S. has achieved a significant milestone.

At 1505 GMT, shares were up 0.9 pence, or 32%, at 3.6 pence.

MX Oil PLC (MXO.LN), an oil group, said it plans to commission an independent report on the investment potential of four land contract areas that were awarded by the Mexican government to its joint venture there.

Shares -0.3 pence, or 13%, at 1.8 pence.

FERREXPO PLC (FXPO.LN), an iron-ore pellet producer, reported record high annual iron ore output last year, even as the price for the commodity tumbled to multi-year lows.

Shares -1 pence, or 4.4%, at 21.5 pence.

PENNA CONSULTING PLC (PNA.LN), a public relations company, said it materially increased its profit expectations for the year to March 31.

Shares +22.5 pence, or 8%, at 305 pence.

MOBILE STREAMS PLC (MOS.LN), a mobile media company, said the effect of the recent Argentine peso devaluation has had a negative impact on the company's balance sheet and profit and loss account.

Shares -1.3 pence, or 16%, at 6.8 pence.

CLUFF NATURAL RESOURCES PLC (CLNR.LN), an energy firm, said it plans to attract partners to tap the full production potential of its oil and gas assets in the North Sea as it works with its partner HALLIBURTON CO. (HAL) to identify drill targets.

Shares -0.4 pence, or 12%, at 2.9 pence.
