Vivint Solar Inc.’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 4, 2015 at Vivint Solar, Inc.‘s Corporate Headquarters, 3301 N. Thanksgiving Way, Lehi, Utah 84043 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
The Board of Directors recommends that you vote FOR the following proposals:
1. Election of Directors Gregory S. Butterfield, Todd R. Pedersen and Joseph S. Tibbetts, Jr.
2. Ratify the appointment of Emst & Young LLP as independent public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015.
