Raytheon Co. has named Anthony F. "Toby" O'Brien vice president
and chief financial officer, effective March 2.
Current CFO David C. Wajsgras will become president of Raytheon
Intelligence, Information and Services. He has been the CFO of the
defense contractor since 2006.
Lynn A. Dugle, who has been president of the IIS business since
2009, plans to retire.
Mr. O'Brien joined Raytheon in 1986 and was most recently vice
president and CFO of Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems
business.
In October, Raytheon posted a 5% increase in its third-quarter
profit and reported strong order intake, helped by a market-leading
position in international sales, notably for its Patriot
antimissile system.
Mr. Wajsgras said in an October interview that Raytheon is set
to resume top-line growth in the second half of 2016 or early 2017,
and the company remained in the "early innings" of cost-cutting
initiatives with its suppliers.
