to Better Reflect New Direction
Company in Negotiations to Acquire New Hydroponics Subsidiary

April 10, 2014) - Innovative Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVPH), a holding company
established to acquire controlling interests in profitable small
businesses in attractive niche industries, today announced that the
Company's Shareholders, by majority consent, approved its name
change to Innovative Holdings, Inc and its entry into the $500
Million Hydroponics industry*. During the same meeting, the
Company's Shareholders also approved that the Company submit an
application to FINRA to give notice of the name change and to
request a new stock symbol.
"The new name of the Company reflects it's new direction, which
includes acquiring revenue-generating subsidiaries in the
hydroponics industry, one of the fastest growing industries in the
U.S. today. We will continue to do business as Everybody's
Phone Company and service our existing customer base while we

Once approved by the Board of Directors, the Company plans to
enter into a Acquisition Agreement with a hydroponics company
within the next few business days to become a wholly owned
subsidiary of the Company. The Company will also search for
other acquisitions to help create a diverse revenue base for its
shareholders.
