mLight Tech, Inc., a fully reporting Florida based corporation (OTCQB: MLGT), announced today that The Ding King Training Institute, Inc. plans to seek approval by The Department of Veterans Affairs to accept US Veterans Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits. Ding King's programs are currently approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs for Vocational Rehabilitation and the company expects no obstacles in gaining the necessary approval for receiving educational benefits under the Post-9/11 GI Bill.

The Post-9/11 GI Bill provides financial support for the education and housing to individuals with at least 90 days of aggregate military service after September 10, 2001 for Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, National Guard and Reserves. The Post-9/11 educational benefits can be used to pay for full tuition and associated fees.

CEO Todd Sudeck commented, "The Ding King Training Institute has a 20-year track record and a strong reputation for providing quality automotive training programs. We believe that veterans transitioning from military to civilian life will enjoy excellent entrepreneurial opportunities by either owning their own business, or becoming part of The Ding King Nationwide Network of Certified Technicians."

The imminent acquisition of The Ding King by mLight Tech will provide additional resources that will be used to expand Ding King training schools throughout The United States. Upon receiving approval from The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ding King expects to open additional training centers adjacent to military bases nationwide, which should result in an increase in revenues by 100%.

The Ding King Training Institute has signed a binding Letter of Intent to become a wholly owned subsidiary of mLight Tech, Inc., pending completion of a financial audit which is expected to be delivered within the next few weeks.
