USA Graphite Inc. (OTCQB: USGT) ("USA Graphite"), a publicly traded U.S. exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of world class graphite properties in North America, today announced a temporary delay in filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended February 28, 2013. The Form 10-K was required to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) no later than 5:30 p.m. E.D.T. on June 13, 2013.

The late filing of USGT's Annual Report on Form 10-K is the result of unforeseen delays in the timely delivery of information required for the preparation of the Company's financial statements for the audit. The Company believes that the underlying communication issues have been resolved and that the financial statements and subsequent audit will be completed without further delay. The Company anticipates filing its Form 10-K during the week of June 17, 2013.

The Company expects that, as a result of the delayed filing, early next week the trading symbol "USGT" will temporarily be changed to "USGTE" until such time the filing is made. This temporary symbol change will not affect trading of the Company's shares and requires no additional action by shareholders who hold their stock with registered brokers or in physical stock certificate form.
