Ventures Inc. (BRZV) (OTCQB:BRZV.PK), a Fort Worth, Texas based company, focused on
the development and commercialization of its oil and gas wells in
Texas, today announced that it is
planning a new equity financing opportunity that would provide the
funding necessary to carry out its aggressive 2013 oil production
strategy. The number of shares to be offered and the price
range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Breezer will use the net proceeds from the offering to expand
and speed up its development and commercialization of its portfolio
of six oil and gas wells. In addition, the Company will
further use the net proceeds to explore other oil and gas
investments in the USA; exercise
options on other wells located on the Jackson Fields; and, for
general working capital.
