Coffee Company Inc. (OTC Pink: BCCI), a fast growing U.S. based
beverage and branded products company, has today announced that it
has filed its UFOC Disclosure Documents, Operations Manual,
Franchise Agreements, Financials, and all required support
documentation to become registered to sell franchises in its home
state Washington.
Now that it has completed this required step, Baristas plans to
file in other states that require registration in order to sell
franchises within that territory. This is the result of Baristas
launching a major expansion push through its Franchising division.
As of this date all operating locations are company owned.
