WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE:WMS) announced today that its subsidiary, Williams Interactive LLC, recently launched a first-of-its-kind, white-labeled B2B suite of interactive products and services through the Williams Interactive™ Play4Fun Network platform with the Meskwaki Bingo Casino in Tama, Iowa. The Play4Fun Network product is a white-label, customized, interactive platform of online gaming entertainment and socialization capabilities that enables a casino to create an online player community under the umbrella of their unique brand, facilitates player connectivity with in-casino entertainment and integrates with the casino’s website to offer authentic WMS play-for-fun slot and casual games, dynamic player messaging and social features to engage existing players and attract new online players. WMS provided management services and data analytics to develop and enrich the gaming entertainment interface with the Meskwaki brand, which enables their players to access multiple play-for-fun slot and casual games online while retaining the Meskwaki brand association. WMS also announced today agreements to provide the Play4Fun Network platform to the Kewadin Casinos in Michigan and the Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welsh, Minnesota, and expects to launch their customized websites in the next several weeks.

The flexible and customizable Play4Fun Network platform enables casino operators to extend their land-based branding and player strategies to build and enhance their online player community. The cloud-based Play4Fun Network destination includes a full suite of play-for-fun casino games, video poker and mini-games, and is expandable to provide a proven foundation for the eventual transition to online real-money wagering, including the world-class online poker platform of 888, when it becomes legally enabled.

In addition to authentic, time-tested great slot game content, WMS offers comprehensive tools to enable the advanced socialization capabilities that players have come to expect in their online gaming experience and direct-to-player messaging, such as casino property news and promotions. Additionally, the Play4Fun Network platform includes access to WMS’ Player’s Life® Web Service that provides unique player connectivity between in-casino and at-home gaming entertainment to create an enhanced player gaming experience, along with analytics and capabilities to integrate with a casino’s player loyalty programs and casino management system, all designed to build and enhance the operator’s unique brand and player strategies.

Orrin Edidin, President of WMS and CEO of Williams Interactive, said, “Our Play4Fun Network platform delivers an unprecedented player experience via a casino-branded online destination. Our customizable online player destination is unique in that it enables casino operators to bring authentic slot-based, play-for-fun gaming entertainment experiences to their players on their websites, all while promoting their brand in the online marketplace and establishing their own distinctive online player community. Offering players a great gaming entertainment experience is essential to building player loyalty, whether that’s on the casino floor, online at home or on a mobile device. We believe our proven content and online platform are the ideal solution to extend our customers’ gaming entertainment beyond the casino’s four walls so their players can enjoy exciting gaming entertainment on the platform of their choosing.”

Edidin added, “The Play4Fun Network website is just one more demonstration of WMS’ commitment to provide our casino customers with creative content across a wide breadth of distribution channels. As our customers look to expand their online entertainment offerings, our ability to leverage insights on players’ preferences combined with our expertise in creating great content is resulting in the creation of value-enhancing online solutions that will help our customers unlock online opportunities.”
