CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Organic Plant Health, LLC (OTCQB: OPHI), an exclusive manufacturer and distributor of organic-based fertilizers and soil conditioners is pleased to provide insight into some of the action items and expansion plan goals established for the first half of 2012.

In late 2011 company management completed a series of meetings to develop strategic and tactical plans for when the company became a reporting entity.  The company officially became a reporting entity last Friday, February 10, 2012, after becoming a public company only 14 months ago.  Management immediately began executing items from those plans, which include providing more frequent and consistent updates to our shareholders about the company's activities.

Billy Styles, President and CEO of Organic Plant Health, states, "As we went through the mandatory quiet period over the past 5 months, we have heard the cry for information.  It is my personal goal to ensure that we keep you informed on a consistent basis. It will be our practice to maintain an open and active line of communication with our shareholders.  To be sure, not all of our news will be 'earth shattering', but we believe loyal shareholders need to know that we are always working to increase the value of our company.  Some of the communications may only be to provide you with some of the details from our daily activities.  We believe this level of communication will inform you about some of those little things occurring every day that lead to bigger things.  In other words, we believe shareholders will benefit from experiencing more of the journey, not just the destinations."

Styles goes on to say, "Our goals for early 2012 include making key hires in regional and national sales, as well as in the areas of financial management, marketing/communications, and administrative staff.  These hires will solidify our corporate infrastructure, enabling us to create new, and expand on existing, revenue streams and efficiencies within our business model."

Company Vice President and COO, Alan Talbert, added, "We are excited about this opportunity to expand the scope and distribution of our products while bringing on hundreds of new retail partners in the months and years ahead.  Although this full-scale expansion will not occur overnight, we are deeply committed to achieving our objectives, increasing shareholder value and earning that confidence bestowed upon us by OPHI shareholders over the past 14 months."

Mr. Styles continues, "Although a primary objective for the company focuses on increasing shareholder value, we also hold close our daily commitment to our customers. At the heart of our business are the homeowners, gardeners, commercial businesses and farmers that use our products every day.  We will continue to support them by creating new product innovations and delivery systems that give the users of our products confidence as we continue to help America understand the importance of supporting sustainability on the farms, lawns, gardens and landscapes.  This support includes providing accurate and easy to understand protocols, videos and other resources to help customers create healthier landscapes and a healthier environment."
