supplying technology solutions to a consortium set to deliver
mobile ambulatory applications to one of the larger provider
organizations in America. The company will be providing a smart
operating core for this large scale project that will see for the
first time hundreds of thousands of patients linked in real time to
their provider organization through a flexible and reliable
network.

The consortium will be delivering mobile apps over a large
network. These applications are designed to link patients with
their clinics and allow physicians to supervise the care and
tracking of patients with chronic illnesses specifically, including
following the convalescence and rehabilitation process.
The Company expects its share of revenues from this project to
reach some $17 million over the first
24 months of the project. Further revenue sharing agreements will
be determined after the initial phase of the engagement.
