RENO, Nev., Sept. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Visual Healthcare Corp. (the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: VSHC) announces that it will be supplying technology solutions to a consortium set to deliver mobile ambulatory applications to one of the larger provider organizations in America. The company will be providing a smart operating core for this large scale project that will see for the first time hundreds of thousands of patients linked in real time to their provider organization through a flexible and reliable network.

"The company is leveraging some of its advanced technology into a profitable business deal," says Chairman Gerard Dab. "Those who follow our company know that we have been way ahead of the curve when it comes to ambulatory and home monitoring."

According to a recent KLAS Report titled "Homecare 2011: New Expectations, New Market Energy," home care delivery and monitoring information systems is one of the fastest growth areas in healthcare.

The consortium will be delivering mobile apps over a large network. These applications are designed to link patients with their clinics and allow physicians to supervise the care and tracking of patients with chronic illnesses specifically, including following the convalescence and rehabilitation process.

The Company expects its share of revenues from this project to reach some $17 million over the first 24 months of the project. Further revenue sharing agreements will be determined after the initial phase of the engagement.
