ENVIROTEK Acquired by Apparel Manufacturer

ENVIROTEK (PINKSHEETS: ENTK) President Robert
Thompson, today announced an upcoming Nevada based Apparel
manufacturing company today acquired controlling interest of
ENVIROTEK by way of Preferred control stock effective immediately.
Mr. Thompson further announced the terms of the acquisition have
been in negotiation for some time, and today all parties mutually
agreed to the transaction. The apparel company has no immediate
plans for a share restructure of the company.
As part of the agreement the current ENVIROTEK Board of
Directors will be replaced with the Apparel company's management
team immediately.
The Apparel company will be announcing the name, name change,
trading symbol change, management structure and business plan along
with the launch of the new website to be announced.
The Apparel company has been searching for an association with a
green orientated company such as ENVIROTEK whose natural "Green"
raw materials can provide high quality printing oils and Inks along
with textile products ensuring their end products are a component
of "The Green Environment."
