At the recent Board of Directors meeting, Visual Management Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: VMSY) received approval to formally change its name as suggested earlier this year. The company's new name will be Intelligent Product Development Group, Inc. "As I stated in previous communications, this is a positive change and reflects our new mission and direction perfectly," said CEO Jason Gonzalez.

"After the board meeting and in light of several recent developments, I worked with management to prepare a comprehensive update," Gonzalez went on to say. "There has been significant progress at the company and we felt it was important to communicate with our shareholders."
