- To elect three directors to serve until the 2014 Annual Meeting
of Stockholders and until their respective successors have been
duly elected and qualified, or until such director's earlier
resignation, removal or death;
- To ratify the appointment of Albert
Wong & Co. as our independent registered public
accounting firm for our fiscal year ended December 31, 2012; and
- To act on such other matters as may properly come before the
meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
