SK3 Group, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: SKTO) and Healthcare of Today, Inc. jointly announce that they have signed an agreement for SK3 Group to acquire over fifteen different healthcare facilities and service businesses from its parent company, Healthcare of Today, Inc.

Per the agreement, SK3 Group, a controlled subsidiary of Healthcare of Today, Inc., will include: Nurses of Today; Body Fusion 150; Skyhill Living; Bergstrom Home Medical; Classic Care Medical; Discount Diabetic; Nurses of Tomorrow; Caring Nurses Educational Institute; ILN Pharmaceuticals; Smart Home Healthcare; Presto! Gourmet; Sunnyfield Adult Daycare; ClinicFirst; Northwoods Village; ima Sleep Disorder Center; Southern California X-Ray-EKG; and Building Maintenance of Today. The agreement also provides for later inclusion in SK3 Group of Nevada Adult Day Healthcare, and which is currently the subject of a Letter of Intent with Healthcare of Today.

The companies that are subject of the agreement announced today expand SK3's range of services significantly. SK3 Group recently announced plans to change its name to Healthcare of Today Services, Inc. and hold various services, facilities, education, and health plans for the parent company. SK3 Group has already signed an agreement with the parent company to acquire Kirby Bates Associates, Role-Based Practice Solutions, Northwoods College, HealthStaff Training Institute, PRN Registry, ZAP HealthCare, Casita de los Ninos, Angels of the Valley Hospice Care, and Medical Billing Specialist.

The services portfolio within SK3 Group is part of a multi-pronged plan for Healthcare of Today, Inc.'s many subsidiaries.
