following the recent change in issued share capital, Henderson
Investors Limited and its associated companies (acting as
agent for its discretionary clients) now hold (either directly
or indirectly) 1,580,000 ordinary 10p shares in Colefax &
Fowler which represent 6.21% of the issued share capital of
26,906,445.

Within this holding, TR Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC
hold all 1,580,000 ordinary 10p shares, representing 6.21% of
the issued share capital.
