The Company announces that it has today received notification of the following 
Director's dealings: 
 
 
  *  Mr Jason James, non-executive director, purchased 17,307 ordinary shares in the 
  Company at 5.2p per share. 
 
 
 
Following this purchase, the total holding of Jason James in the Company amounts 
to 192,307 ordinary shares (representing approximately 1.72 per cent of the 
issued share capital).
