                   Notification of Major Interest in Shares

West Malling, UK, 21 August 2007: Phoqus Group plc (AIM: PQS) ("Phoqus" or
"Company") was informed today by Omega Fund  III, LP and Omega Fund I, LP that
they had increased their aggregate indirect shareholding in Phoqus from
3,619,975  ordinary shares to 3,719,975 ordinary shares pursuant to the placing
of 10,409,300 new shares by Phoqus on 27 July  2007.  Following the acquisition
of shares, Omega Fund III, LP and Omega Fund I, LP collectively had an indirect 
shareholding of 8.10% of the issued share capital of the Company as at 21 August
2007.
