                              NOTIFIABLE INTEREST                              

The Company was informed on 21st May 2007 of the following transaction in the
ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

On 18th May 2007, Parkwood Group Trustees Limited purchased 25,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 130 pence.

Following this transaction Parkwood Group Trustees Limited had increased its
notifiable interest in the company from 693,125 ordinary shares of 1p each
representing 3.54% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital to
718,125 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 3.66% of the Company's total
issued ordinary share capital.

Parkwood Group Trustees Limited acts as the trustee for the Employee Benefit
Trust. The beneficiaries of the Employee Benefit Trust include the directors of
the Company who therefore have an interest in the Employee Benefit Trust.
