interest in its ordinary share capital:

On the 30th of August 2005, Mr P J Drinkwater, Director, purchased 12,500
ordinary shares in the Company at 155.00p per share. He now holds 1,604,605
ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 4.3% of the ordinary
issued share capital of the Company.
