Hercules Property Services PLC (the "Company")

Listing of Shares relating to the Share Dividend offer

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for 5,874 ordinary shares of 5 pence each to be admitted to the
Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed
securities, following the share dividend offer in respect of the interim
dividend.

It is anticipated that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence on 6
July 2004.
