Further to the Quarterly Investor Update announcement of 15 December 2020, Gunsynd Plc (AIM: GUN, AQSE: GUN) is pleased to announce that Empress Royalty Corp. ("Empress") one of Gunsynd's investee companies, is expected to begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") today, 29 December 2020, under the ticker symbol TSXV: EMPR.

As announced on 23 October 2020, Gunsynd invested C$250,000 (approximately GBP146,000) into Empress. Gunsynd holds 1,000,000 ordinary shares in Empress representing approximately 1.4% of the enlarged share capital of Empress.

Empress is a new precious metals royalty and streaming creation company with a portfolio of 14 precious metals royalties. Empress is focused on investing in development and production stage projects providing unique financing solutions for mining companies who require additional nondilutive capital.
