Earthport Agrees to Provide Low-Value Cross-Border Payment Services to Bank of America, N.A.

London, UK, December 10, 2012 - Earthport, a leading provider of cross-border payment services, today announced an agreement with Bank of America, N.A., a subsidiary bank of Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) that will enable Bank of America, N.A. to expand its low-value cross-border payments service. Bank of America, N.A. has integrated the Earthport service to complement the bank's existing solutions. The initial service is expected to go live before the end of calendar 2012.
