Additional Listing


Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ("AIM") for 42,814 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to be admitted to
trading.

The shares ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary Shares
in issue have been allotted as follows.

4,976 shares to the Cardpoint plc UK Employee Benefit Trust, in accordance with
the rules of the scheme as announced on 12 January 2007.

37,838 shares in accordance with share option exercises.

Admission is expected to be effective on 25 January 2007.
