Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 203 of the Companies Act 1985


The Company received a notification today from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc
informing it that on 30 November 2006, they was interested, "by attribution
only", in a total of 11,785,716 shares representing 11.17% of the issued share
capital of the Company of which 11,692,060 shares (11.08%) was a beneficial
interest held by Goldman Sachs International.
