                        NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



LONDON - 7 June 2007 - BDI Mining Corp. ("the Company") announces that it has
mailed its 2006 Annual Report and notice convening an Annual General Meeting of
the Company to registered shareholders today.


The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders will be held at 2 Eaton Gate,
London, SW1W 9BJ, on Friday, 29th June, 2007, at the hour of 10:00 am BST.
