    Grant of Share Options

    The Company announces that on 21 November 2008, Finlay Iain Morrison and Kevin David Wood, both Executive Directors of the Company, were
granted options under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme to subscribe for a total of 250,000 and 150,000 ordinary shares of
EUR0.01 in the Company respectively at a price of EUR1.38 per share, being the closing mid market price of an ordinary share on 8 December
2008 (the date of publication of the Interim Results for the Six Months ended 30 September 2008).
    Subject to certain performance criteria being met, these options will vest in three separate and equal instalments starting not before
October 2009.
