The Company announces that it has been notified that Lucy
Summersgill, a person closely associated (PCA) with Michael
Summersgill, the Deputy CEO and a person discharging managerial
responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, transferred by way of gift
350,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.000125 each in the Company
(Ordinary Shares) to Michael Summersgill on 6 January 2022.
Following the transaction, there has been no change in the
number of shares in which Michael Summersgill has an interest.
This announcement, including the notification below, is made in
accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse
Regulation.
