The Company announces that Bruce Robinson, the group legal services director and Company secretary, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 3,580 ordinary shares of GBP0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of GBP3.808 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA) the same number of 3,580 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP3.808 per Ordinary Share on 7 December 2021.

Following the transactions, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Bruce Robinson has an interest.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
