Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Pro Global Insurance Solutions plc announces that it has appointed Andrew Donnelly (aged 48) as Chief Financial Officer. Andrew has carried out the role as interim CFO since September 2015, prior to which Andrew held the position within the Company of Group Financial Controller. He joined the Group in September 2013 and became a director of Pro IS Inc with effect from 1 December 2015. He has no other directorships.
