Lapse of Share Awards

Pro Global Insurance Solutions plc ('the Company') announces that under the terms of the Tawa 2007 Performance Share Plan, the awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares ('Shares') granted on 6 May 2011 that remained following the partial vesting announced on 28 March 2014, have lapsed as the applicable performance conditions were not satisfied. Following the lapse of these awards, Gilles Erulin's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains at 997,157 shares.
