I also noticed that both of O'Shea's businesses have the same non-office address (O'Shea's home address, apparently ... a little two-story brick structure):
110 renaissance circle, Mauldin SC
What purports to be a thriving, long-established forensic research group does not have its own office? And what is being promoted as a major new otc triumph doesn't have its own office either?
The two businesses do have different phone numbers, although O'Shea made a boo-boo in providing InvestmentPitch Media's recent paid promotional video of Xcelerate with Forensic Research Group's phone number. True believers in O'Shea might ask "what difference does it make?", but for me, it is a possible indication that neither business has solid financial resources. There is very little info on the FRGI, with implications on the website that it's got all this talent, and yet no one shows up anywhere as an employee. Is it a one-man operation?
It's concerning to me also, because it's a possible indication that O'Shea has gotten a little too big for his britches, and may be in over his head with XCRT. Time will tell.

Disappointing history as XCRT
MAULDIN, S.C., March 17, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Xcelerate, Inc. (OTC: XCRT), formerly known as Union Dental Holdings Inc., announced today it has been issued a new ticker symbol due to the Company's recent name change. The new symbol is "XCRT". "We believe this new ticker symbol is major step forward in giving Xcelerate a clear identity," said Michael O'Shea, Xcelerate's CEO.
When this PR was posted, XCRT's pps was .1692 ... the highest pps it has ever been. It's been on a downtrend since then (losing 86% of its value), apart from an empty July 2023 pump that got the pps to .12
Not a promising history so far. Why is it that some of you have such absolute confidence in Michael O'Shea? Wishful thinking? Some feeling way down deep in your bones?
He needs to prove himself, which he hasn't done so far. 3 and a half years and counting, and very very little of what he has promised has materialized.
Mr. O'Shea: FOLLOW THROUGH THIS TIME

3 months ago, O'Shea stated:
We are expecting to increase revenues significantly in 2024 as a result of the recently announced addition of ESN's contract with "AFFES" (Army & Air Force Exchange Service) and commencement of our operations with the two hospital contracts that Afiya Sasa holds in Tanzania."
Mr. O'Shea: On behalf of all shareholders, please follow through this time. I noticed the "expecting" safe-harbor evasive language, but please don't fall back on safe-harbor excuses any more, and follow through! If you do, you will confirm your integrity and the integrity of this enterprise.

How much time does 4 million buy?
When Mike blew up the O/S from 381,446,072 to 434,446,072 he early on blew through 50 million shares?
The avg price of the dilution was .08 giving XCRT 4 million for third party promoters and payments?
Mike has been funding XCRT with this money but how long will it last?
The rent on the previous forensic office is cheap, he purchased an assumed profit less lotion company and he must be feeding money to affiyasassa?
Currently XCRT has zero provable verified income only loss on the statements so what happens when the 4m capital dries up?
Mike is running clear out of options things might not be going as planned and inside XCRT panic could be setting in?
But the nice part is the sleezy dump and dump 3rd party promoters will fight til the end, they screamed load the boat when Mike was raising the O/S from .10 to .06?
Remember them tell you at .08 how you are being warned that there are no shares left?
Remeber them telling you at .06 don't get left one the sideline?
Now I believe the company is flat broke and plotting the next wave?
But at .02 promoters will stay loyal and I'd imagine they are reciting in the mirror the next nonsense cliche hack lines they will use to try and sucker a few more?
Where is Oshea?
Retired?

If any are looking for any kind of a position in terms of share count (that read this thread) - now is the time to accumulate. Shares are only going to harder to come by here VERY soon.
You’ve been warned.
Xcelerate is just beginning to pop up on investors radars.
You wrote the above over a year ago, and since then, the pps has fallen 85%.
Why should any objective investor take anything you say at face value? ("objective investor", not "true believer").
Interesting how you and some of your cohorts have littered the ihub board with posts on various otc pinkies about "the real deal", "only idiots would sell now", "this is going to explode very soon!", "shorty gonna get squeezed soon!", only to watch these pinkies decline, decline, and keep declining in value.
Why should any objective investor take anything you say at face value? And by the way, the fact that no dilution is taking place can have a negative connotation: since xcrt is not yet reporting any promised and forecasted revenues, the fact that no dilution is needed implies that very little business activity is taking place (since such activity necessarily involves expenses that have to be paid). We see this in the whole Africa story: for several years, O'Shea was repeatedly and regularly reporting how the Africa business was about to take off, then a few months later, a repetition of this, until 3 years go by with no activity, and he finally stops making these "very soon" promises. He's like you, everything is going to happen soon -- but doesn't -- and the pps keeps going down or keeps languishing.
I don't believe xcrt is a scam (although I'm not 100% convinced it isn't), but O'Shea's leadership has only resulted in an accumulation of promises, unmet forecasts, and glorious board members (but little revenue).
