WhereverTV Inks Internet TV Subscription Deal in Europe

WhereverTV and NetRange Sign Over the Top Global Marketing Agreement

PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwired - Mar 5, 2014) - WhereverTV Broadcasting Corp. (OTC Pink: TVTV), a leader in delivering Over the Top (OTT) subscription television services to a variety of devices including Connected TVs, streaming media players, smartphones and TabletPCs, today announced that it has signed an agreement with NetRange MMH GmbH, based in Hamburg, Germany.

The agreement calls for the distribution of WhereverTV's linear TV channels and subscription packages across all NetRange consumer electronics partners' devices, giving WhereverTV instant access to millions of NetRange customers throughout Western Europe, South America, and Asia. WhereverTV's app is expected to become available on NetRange's platform by the end of 2Q 2014. The initial WhereverTV app will support ArabicTV, GreekTV, and GlobalTV subscription packages. The NetRange partnership is an important step in WhereverTV's plan to become one of the first global alternatives to regional satellite and cable subscription services.
