WhereverTV Prepares to Become World's First Global Internet Television Subscription Service

WhereverTV's Introductory Global IPG Now Available on iOS Devices

PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwired - Feb 24, 2014) - WhereverTV Broadcasting Corp. (OTC Pink: TVTV), a leader in delivering Over the Top (OTT) subscription television services to a variety of devices including Connected TVs, streaming media players, smartphones and TabletPCs, announced today that it has launched the GlobalTV Interactive Program Guide (Global IPG™) for iOS devices including iPhones, iPad, iPods -- all of which can stream live television to AppleTV devices via AirPlay in preparation for its intention to become the world's first global, television subscription service. The Global IPG is a low cost introductory service aimed at paving the way for its major US service launch later this year, which will also include unlimited DVR capabilities. The Company stated it intends to compete directly against Aereo for customers. Currently, WhereverTV also provides Moroccan, Greek and Arabic television subscription packages.

WhereverTV's Global IPG App is a downloadable software application designed to help viewers easily manage over 300 free and readily accessible Internet Television channels in many languages from more than 60 countries, including the United States and most Western European countries. The Internet TV focused Global IPG app has several additional benefits, which include portability and personalization, and can be downloaded and viewed by users in all 155 countries the App Store is available. With the Global IPG app, consumers can watch TV wherever they are by streaming to their iPhone, iPad or iPod, and create their own personalized and preferred channel lineup from the guide. A subscription to WhereverTV's Global IPG app, which manages connections to more than 300 free-to-internet television channels, is $4.99 per month. Ordering and configuring the app is simplified by the pre-selection channels by: genre, country or language preference.

For example, a subscriber who wants to watch free-to internet television channels from France can pre-select France or the French language channel package as their first choice, but can still access and watch any other channel listed in the Global IPG by browsing the More Channels section. Various genre-specific packages include: News, Christianity, Sports and Islamic channels from a global perspective. Access to programming in English, Spanish, Arabic, Italian Dutch, French, Greek/Cypriot, Norwegian, Portuguese, Turkish, as well as many other languages, is provided via the Global IPG App. Specific countries from where broadcasting originates include: Argentina, Brazil, China, France, Italy, Lebanon, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
