His IPO was bad timing. He had some deaths in his family and I know far too well how that can make someone detach from everything else, just to hold on to those memories. From what I have heard he is not a bad guy, he is a liberal, but not a bad person.
When I lost my wife I realized people say they are there but disappear, or at least our perception is that we do not want empathy . We often confess empathy with sympathy and do not want pity. For him I imagine it is the same. One thing for sure is the love one's we lost DO WANT US TO LIVE LIFE AND HANDLE BUSINESS as if they never left our hearts.

Maybe....just maybe one day...he will realize this.

It's not at 0001 but i feel the same way about NHwhyF. Check out the SS there.

If they don't want to file, give it to someone else. A custodian can take this to dollars. Find me a .0001 stock with a 473m float. So rare.

With the SS this ticker could move, but they won't even bother

I just remembered the ticker, it's RC_HA. That one filed an annual report and I see it had a bunch of volume on expert market last week.

Gotcha looks like this boy is toast, what they were 3 yrs behind & didn't bother to get caught up.

No there is no level2 on expert market. Only the price/size of the last sale is quoted

It doesn't look like VTMB got flagged as CE. It just got put on expert market for lack of filings. If I find any brokers that allow buying on expert market i'll let you know.

You can buy on certain brokers but I don't know which ones. Maybe IB?

There was a ticker R___ (iforget the other letters) that started filing the other day. Went from 0001 to 0015 on expert market so there must be a few brokers.

You can sell. Some brokers allow purchasing on expert market but very few.

It's been a long time, but I emailed Frank, the owner/CEO, and he said they were still in business. Don't see anything new on website or social media from him. Maybe he would answer the phone if someone called? But I would guess he is not planning to use this ticker anymore. Share structure hasn't changed...Frank holds most of the OS himself. Nice low floater to trade for years but given SEC rules this one will be unquoted and unable to trade. Maybe frank will throw a bone but I'm not betting on it at this point. GL if you contact him he might answer.

Buys still coming in here slowly but surely. I'd expect they are working on filings. This ticker is in way too good shape compared to others. No way they just let this rot.

So far no filings this year. Not sure the CEO is going to try to get current. Nice share structure and I've enjoyed trading it over the years.
