Name Change to "GROOVY COMPANY, INC."
Symbol Change to: "GROO"
Reverse to: 2,500:1
CUSSIP Change

Btw, it's "CUSIP". Not CUSSIP".

And it's 1:2500. Not 2500:1.

No way to get to the expected price without a reverse split

Getting current, a good business model, and NO RS announcement, will send this to the sky in no time!

With NO RS, the existing shareholders alone will lift SANP up to multy pennies / silver or above in no time with good and veryfiable proof of business.

Only "NO RS" will save us shareholders! Otherwise, us, me, the existing shareholders are/will be screwed big time, and we will be wiped out regardless! (Maybe that was the SANP's goal the hole time.)

Yep, this guy has been talking about the OTC 2024 being like 2021 for 12 months already. SANP sadly is a POS. Guy claims charts work in trip stocks and predicts prices in OTC like 10X to 50X which no chart can. Laughable. 2021 had nothing to do with do with charts or OTC plays being great at that time. Every OTC went up early 2021 and there was not one reporting trip play left. This guy is clueless. Crypto 2024 and coming 2025 is the new OTC. I hold many OTCs and cryptos now and crypto is on fire. The OTC has traded sideways all 2024 and isn't even on the same planet as 2021.
