Do you think the decision to set this up to transition on Dec 30 was an accident?

I don't understand what difference you think a name makes when it comes to earning revenue.

As I said b4, we don't know that yet. They may have prospects lined up, but want all sales attributed to Groovy, so money may not have changed hands. SANP is going away anyway, so why not put all income on Groovy. Q1 2024 may see major income. Let SANP go and start Groovy off with a big quarter. Hopefully it will cascade upward.

There's still the question of whether growers will see the advantage of the business model. In fact, why haven't any growers gotten on board yet?

At present there will be no actual product. Groovy Tags are placed on grower's product to verify authenticity of said product. Grower's get the tags for free and agree to pay a subscription fee to have the information stored on the blockchain.
