What if they actually made a large acquisition??? They had to restate their year end numbers for a simple error and the current quarter's numbers have both simple, and deeper, errors/mistakes.

They missed by 300K on revs just weeks after an announcement. Then, next quarter, they mentioned 2 large orders in a press release, but reported revs that were almost dollar for dollar the same as the prior year. Now they tell us they have a 1.6 million backlog???

They need a trustworthy finance guy as CFO and to lead the financial reporting effort.

I m less bullish now than a year ago but continue to try to buy below tangible BV per share and hope they continue to be profitable on a continuing basis.

This company has no real reason to be public. Profitable with no debt, except trade a/r, they should have access to adequate capital to fund growth and most acquisitions. Insiders seem to own just over 25% of o/s so the absolute best acquisition candidate would be RJDG common.

Additionally, Silex Holdings purchased state-of-the-art stone fabrication assets with the expectation of launching a new division in the fourth quarter of 2024.The equipment purchase was closed with internal capital and no debt. Unfortunately, the operating agreement between the two companies has lingered with the launch of the new unit now targeted for February 20th at this time

I'd say it's fairly valued here considering the lack of growth. Company should be bought out for a premium.

Although this is true, they also don't seem to care about the stock itself.  It just kind of flounders around most of the time.  It's been a great flip year after year, but holding long would age you quickly.  

RJDG has just aquired a company with cash to expand their products and area. No debt, cash in the bank, profitable finally, only 359 million shares including 83 million held by officers and growing revenue since inception. It's treated me well time and time again.  Do I wish that amped the stock up, yes, do I care that much, no.

Looking at the 10K I think they spent about $150K for the assets they bought.

If they used undervalued stock (selling for less than Tangible Book Value) rather than a small part of the cash balances they have built, there should be a shareholder revolt.

10-Q should be out within the next few days unless they file for an extension. Information on the recent aquisition should be fully explained. We believe the aquisition was paid for with cash. Expecting nearly 1.7 million in revenue.
