Greenway Design Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GDGI) today announced the company's first contract to install a Cool-n-Save commercial pre-cool system for a municipal agency.

"The contract actually covers two agencies: the Fire and Police departments in the City of Geneva, Illinois," says Ben Lefrancois, CEO and President of the company. "All public agencies and cities are looking for ways to save money. We believe that Cool-n-Save may be able to help them save up to 30% on the cost of running their air conditioning systems. This kind of savings could be a big help for city operating budgets."

According to installation documents, the anticipated energy savings for the city is about $16,000 to $18,000 per year. The Geneva Fire Department has six, 5-ton rooftop condensing units and the Police Department has five, 5-ton rooftop condensing units. At this rate of savings, the City of Geneva may see a return on their investment within six months.

The City of Geneva is located 40 miles west of Chicago and has a population of 19,000. The installation contract is valued at $15,000 and will be funded by a grant from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
