Larry McKenna -- CTO -- who is the inventor the patented residential "paddle" pre-cool system and will continue development and design of the Cool-n-Save® pre-cool system.

Kevin Reed -- General Manager -- who is responsible for business operations as well as strategic planning for the corporation.

Ray Wyman Jr -- Director, Marketing Communications -- who is responsible for development of the company's corporate communications and branding and is the corporation's media liaison.

The Company has developed a technology that uses water mist to pre-cool air conditioning systems that produces significant reduction in energy use. University studies and field test have shown that water mist pre-cooling is an efficient and practical way to reduce energy consumption of air conditioning systems by as much as 30%.

More than 16,000 Cool-n-Save (www.coolnsave.com) residential pre-cool do-it-yourself installation kits have been sold. The Company also markets and manufacturers a high performance commercial version of the Cool-n-Save pre-cool system that requires professional installation and maintenance.
