It seems OTC is not responding to my question. Maybe, they will get to it in the next few days.

I'm not sure if this is possible but I am contacting OTC and ask if they can validate "paperwork" was submitted for approval to return PINK. Can't hurt to try....worst case is they can tell me to F off....

Lack of financial transparecy is never positive for investors

Its sad that Syd can't maintain Pink status. This is not his first rodeo. He knows exactly what he is doing.

They do not care that is why I said it is over and ready for write off in the taxes

With the three weeks expiring hopefully Syd has this issue worked out and move from the Expert Market back to Pink.

ok...got it...CE flag means it is OVER....trading is possible with EM Flag, however somewhat difficult

JayB20222, could you please speak with Syd and give us loyal shareholders an update regarding IF or WHEN NTRR will become "Pink Current" again. This would be very much appreciated. Needless to say, being 6 months late for the "proper" financials and now, trading on the "Expert Market" is very concerning and not very promising.

He appears to have been living it up in Vegas from what I saw on social media... When he's not doing that, he's driving sports cars and playing golf..

Six weeks is definitely enough time to solve the issue and be relisted.

I think he took is 2-3 weeks to skip the country instead of getting everything audited and submitted!

Still in the Expert Market 39 days later. Has anyone heard from Syd why this has not been resolved or when it will be resolved?

I wonder who will give a straight answer first - Kamala or Syd....it seems they are both hiding and afraid to speak publicly.

What was I thinking. Syd has no filing requirements now. Why would we expect to hear news, update or anything. Syd has no inclination to communicate with his investors. The Neutra web Investor page has not been updated since last year. Put a fork in this one.....its done.

What are the chances we will see a 10Q today.....

Doubtful anything has be submitted. It's odd Syd does this for over a decade and "forgets" that it needs to be audited. Something strange is going on. If anything was submitted, should it not be on Edgar? The suggestion that the audited version is covertly submitted to the OTC is not believable.

2-3 weeks to get everything audited and submitted. No one said pink current in that timeframe. It will most likely then take a week or two to be reviewed and changed back to current.

So 3 weeks are over now. Let’s consider to write off end of this year.

2-3 weeks. Working on getting everything audited and resubmitted. The past filing was unaudited which caused the issue. I know there is a lot of hate for the company and CEO which I guess to each their own. What I can share and do share is always right from NTRR and Sydney himself so take it as you all may. Company updates shortly after we get back to current. Why hasn’t NTRR given a direct update I can’t answer that question.

This is very concerning that we are still downgraded to the expert market with no update from NTRR. There seems to be more to this than the speculation below.

No, the OTC was contacted regarding the error so now we await their response with an update. Everything was filed within the time frames given to remain current so not sure why this happened.

ok-- had a different position that had the same tier changes- it was remedied in 2 days.

I did ask that question and they said no.

I know this is a reach, but it would good if we heard something directly from NTRR regarding the issue.

I spoke with the company. It is an error on the OTC side. Neutra Corp. is currently looking into it as everything was filed as it needed to be to stay compliant.
