Request to any LBEV investors. I am a Kona Gold investor. I am checking on the progress of whether LBEV investors ever got their 1:1 shares from KGKG as dividend as per agreement for the sale of Surge Distribution to KGKG.

Kg is buying preferred shares, not common? Do common shares continue stand alone?

If merged the 1:1 is at a discount given kgkg at .0015? If stand alone who manages for common holders interests?

Figure KGKG will use this ticker somehow. They’ve got a few different revenue lines. Could be a while until something happens with it. But probably not a bad idea to sit on this one. Eventually something will come of it

E-Trade started a.new policy last year where they won't allow the purchase of any CE tickers. Sucks but it is the way it is. A ticker like this they allow.

When it ran to .20, bid actually came up to .17 at the time so got pretty tight for a time.
