So, they have missed another busy drink season and associated Holidays.

I do not think marketing or due diligence are in their repertoire.

They are very good at adding shares and dilution, though.

unfortunately they only claimed to be eagerly awaiting its first run of ONE product in May.

Clearly that did not happen.

They announced the name / ticker change before doing full diligence on the availability, and so assume having to rethink or adjust.

I imagine this will mean an adjustment of the forecast revs as well.

I think they are now at the moment where only real results ( products, $, websites, mgt, plans) will matter.

It is hard to know what the company primary mission is at this point. Bevs? If so what kind? Local Distribution? That won't excite or make anyone rich. Covert THC? Who knows anything really about that 'aquisition' except they are new (who are they?) mgrs and presumably stakeholders.

LOTS to clean up/ catch up.

But at .0011 the companys tax loss value is probably worth more.

So even if they can just hit a solid single, without amateur copy or error, with an actual product (s) actually out there being pushed the value could triple.

But to be clear this is not 'investment', it is speculation.

what will help is product in the store for sale, any store. they say the product was packaged a month ago, distribution should have happened then. off the line and into the truck, that's how it's supposed to work, unless no one wants it on the shelf, just saying

Maybe look at a ticker change will help the company figure out who and where shares are and shorts may have to cover.

Everyday there is hope. Life is not guaranteed. I can say RC ran a scam company. A nine year kid can sell more lemon ade on a neighborhood sidewalk than RC. I drink tons of lemon and limeade juice. Lemonade should have been a winner for KGKG. RC should be jailed.

I agree, I just like other existing shareholders probably bought additional shares. Over the last two months, I added 2 million additional shares to my name. I don't have a large amount of shares but if it can go to at least #.02 a share, I will be fortunate. If they can get the new products on the shelves, this will do fine. I just hope they #1. Don't let RC near KGKG to do any special work, #2. Use organic natural ingredients, no chemicals like Suraclose, BHA, BHT, high fructose,artificial coloring, msg,excessive sugar. Etc.

perhaps a %, but retail was not the primary support behind the volumes we saw.

My sense is support from new team and related, and a net positive, in that wont likely be dumped in short term.

Could be cheap warrants being exercised, awards to insiders for coming on-board, or just slowly fed into the retail stream. If it was warrants, or employee incentives, they may show up in the next disclosure. If not then retail suckers probably bought them.

NuVibe is the supposed new company name. VIBE is the supposed new ticker. KGKG is the existing and as yet unchanged ticker. The name is still not officially changed with the state and OTC as far as anyone knows. Yahoo made the name change on their site some time ago and it was reported on here. Making it look like something is happening doesn't equate to something actually happening.

Curious consideration -

They reported 3+ mm revs last qtr. That was w/o Kona hemp or cbd bevs contributing.

The forecast was for 12mm eoy. This likely assumed contributions from now delayed thc bev launch.

Lets say 10 mm revised. Note- they should update.

Lets assume OS at 3.5 bil

One conservative value metric is 1-1 to revs.

That could suggest .0028 value as a baseline for growth forward.

If they can show dilution under control, and get Kona Hemp/cbd and Thc bevs out, plus bring light to Covert plans and forecast (no pun intended) then a path to 25/35 mm cap is not unreasonable... which is .01 on the high side.

Be nice if new team can turn this around!

As an investor , yes, would agree mismanagement.

The drinks are not yet on any shelf, websites are not updated or renewed, no notice on Surge indicating it is now a KG co, dilution, new name appears to be bogged down, and no update to clarify.

That all said... i hold all shares, averaged down into the .0007's.

Emailed co and felt that they are indeed working on all. Shared my disappointment etc.

As posted multiple times, the risk reward at this level can be substantial.

I feel a chance they will work through this and speculators might be rewarded.

So, what I am reading from all these comments, is that there is continued mismanagement on all fronts.

Site - I didnt go further than to follow PR nuvibe link destination. So someone has secured, at least temporarily.

But seems clear they have run into issues w name or other to delay progress.

VIBE does not appear in an OTC ticker search so it appears to be available.

If you try to purchase nuvibe.co on GoDaddy, it says the domain is taken.

My guess is they aren't doing much of anything as evidenced by the fact that they don't seem to be doing anything.

My guess is they are working to clean all up... but never seem to learn actual results or solid claims are only thing that matters.

They need to stop with the claims of being an industry innovator, and 'taking industry by storm', corporate culture, 'having carved a niche', sales claims, and producer of bevS until actual sales, consumer validation and track record in industry.

They are different companies in different places with different tickers and different management teams.

i am fine if they put out several products as long as properly marketed.

Hemp , cbd can fall into health , but Thc is neither energy or health.

Energy is often caffeine based , but can also utilize milder natural ingredients.

Or can do pure health vita bevs.

All have markets and devoted consumers... but important the co knows how to segment and drive specific sectors.

But first step would be getting ONE product out.

i do hope they use fun language , creative , sales oriented... and stop overstating the company's accomplishments and place in industry with their boiler plate overblown copy.

Time for humility, getting products to market, let consumers and results speak for themselves.

I am an investor and would buy their products if they can just put them on the market. However, THC and chemicals in their beverages is a turn-off. They say their products are good for you. But I find that is not true if they include chemicals in the beverages. RC, as a CEO,, was very stupid to include chemicals in the beverages. IMO

Covert seems a potential positive but no way to assess. Surge riddled w internal transparency issues.

Need to not release empty 'news' on Partnerships that disappear or not followed up. That was MO for past (RC) mgt making releases on distro deals everywhere but never materialize or followed up.

Mission - what is the co now? Thc ? a specialty bev co ? A distro co?
Assume they might say all, but have to have priorities, translate to investors.

Better to show real bottom line success in one than chase multiple rabbits.

- what about update to strategic relationship w APRU?

- Mgt- the co now has the Covert team listed as CEO/COO on OTC. Jermain Strong was CEO. There have been material mgt changes to leadership. No news.

The co HAS to move past puffery and ignoring past claims. Further if the co wants to claim transparency as goal, then cant cherry pick.

i hold my shares. I gave the new team (?who now) through 2nd qtr to assure myself changes and turnaround post RC was real.

Looks like the blind optimism is running out, even amongst the most staunch supporters.

If the debt wasn't so high, I would think that a buyout for their IP would be possible.

Look at the recent takeover, from Pepsi, of 2nd place by Dr. pepper.

DP did not acquire, they did a complete makeover and introduced new and exciting flavors, in order to capture a new consumer base.

Coke is been divesting brands that don't sell.

Takeover rumors are unfounded in the current market IMO.
