Thank you harpe; I appreciate the information & will look that up. I sold out $ITRO shortly after the rs & got $1.18 @ share. Couple days later it went to 2.10 per share but then delisted fast. Must have invested with them for a decade or more; & even went to North of Reno in the early 90's 🤔 but could not get a tour or interview. Just talked to an employee thru the fence. Sure sounded promising, but ended disappointing with court cases & legal difficulties. Hoping for movement in $BLEG, $FRZT, $BFYW, & $CAFI but had other disappointing results with : $NTRR, $KGKG, $RMRK & punted on 4th down. Wish you well harpe5368. I enjoy your messages. doorcounty

I feel your pain brother. Wonder if it's possible as shareholders to request/demand a group conference call. He's been hiding the books for too long. How many shares are these guys giving themselves for this level of performance? When I bought in, they had 10M outstanding and had just completed a reverse split. Where are these partners, promised test sites, and promised growth. They're not even hiding the sales numbers anymore.

You are NOT alone! I agree with every last word of your frustrations and then some. I've been here for many, many years hoping that Dr. Whitney will finally follow through on his promises, only to be endlessly disappointed. I'm tired of looking at my losses with this company (if you want to call it a company?) every time I log into my multiple accounts. I've voiced my frustrations many times here that Dr. Whitney, for as smart as he is, completely lacks the ability to follow through on his promises and evidently just can't bring himself to giving up control, even if his life depended on it. He could have and should have, many times over, hired others to market his ideas and manage his affairs.

I believe it will be three years this September that we were De-listed from the OTC and at the time we were promised it would be corrected in short order. It wasn't. That PR, along with MANY others have been deleted since. Anyone else here remember the one about being a 200 Million Dollar company within five years?

I called to speak with Kyle several weeks ago and got someone that answered and just said hello. No Itronics. No this is so and so, how can I help you. I thought I got the wrong number. Kyle was out and they were going to have him call me back as he was in a meeting. Never got a call back. Called again yesterday and the same thing. Only this time Kyle was out and would be back on Monday. I asked who I was speaking with and was told Doug. Whoever that is? I also asked if their secret Rockkleen Tech was patented and was told NO!

Two PR's ago they gave an an update to investors (another one, UGH!). What investors? You have to be able to actually buy and sell shares to be an investor. Our funds are captive and we have no recourse to liquidate. We are really just a shell of a Privately owned company now with Dr. Whitney collecting and pocketing the check. He really, really needs to retire. There is nothing in place to transfer ownership and management to another when he passes.

My number one question at this point is why on earth didn't they just drop down to trade on the pink exchange when they were De-listed from the OTC? All of us here could have at least been given the choice of moving on or sticking it out. What is keeping them from trading on the Pinks NOW???

To reiterate, I am NOT a basher, but one of many like yourselves that saw the potential here. By all rights we should be a multi, multi million dollar enterprise by now, instead of having our intellect insulted with repeated PR Releases that promise what we all know will never ever happen. It's all borderline fraud at this point in my opinion and should be pursued as such.

Long time shareholder here. Not here to bash the company, but do want to express my frustration. I can't be the only one. Not looking for a response from the typical bashers either. Does anyone else get tired of hearing excuses for no growth or any project completion? How many times can they rehash the same crap? We lost the facility with the rail access? What the heck happened? Nobody seems to want to loan them money or partner with them. They seem to think their proprietary Rockkleen formula trade secret is a benefit. Trade secrets are only beneficial if you can afford to protect and enforce them. Itronics can't. Catch a key employee at the right time, offer him $50k, and the formula is yours. That's not a good position to be in. Whitney is on his last leg. What's stopping the sales growth? Is John Key still there? The other companies in this space are eating their lunch, fertilizer excluded. Anyone have any insight or see this any differently? Completely disgusted. I feel betrayed and misled. Luckily I can afford to lose the investment, but I loved the story and wanted to see them succeed. Ugh.

Went to the website to get Kyle's number in HR to ask him when in the */^% they're going to get this back to trading as it's going on three years, lo and behold, the website is down. Anyone else know anything or have a valid number to call? Maybe Mr. Whitney finally couldn't r pay the utility bills. LOL

I call once a month just to catch up on thing offer up information if I have some. Their working on multiple fronts. Nothing that a hand full of environmental sensitive billionaires couldn't fix by investing in the company.....

Something to think about. My opinion only............If Itronics Fertilizer segment was-is profitable, and the E-Waste pilot program was still up and running, and the collaboration between Itronics and Comstock Mining had moved forward with the processing of Mining Tailings. from Comstock. It is my opinion only that by this time the outlook for both companies would have improved greatly do to the increase in Gold & Silver price...... Too bad that didn't bare Fruit.

News is about News Worthy Events

Except in the case of Itronics, where they continue to spend our money trying to put a new spin on the same old, well worn out information, that we've heard over and over and over. Please, someone here, anyone, point out something in this Press Release we haven't already heard over and over and over? Notice there wasn't any update on the one and only income earner (that I'm aware of) that Itronics lives on, which is Gold N Grow. Why is that? Okay, super, we now know (again) that we all have the POTENTIAL to be rich from the increase in Gold prices. I think a time or two ago we were all going to get rich off of Sand from Rock-Kleen technology. Yes, that's right folks, we're all gonna be rich off this someday as well. And what about recycling Circuit Boards? The Press Release says:

"The timing for restarting and expanding this operation is opportunistic due to the historic increases in the price of gold, combined with the forecasted increases in silver prices for 2024 and beyond. These price increases will improve the economics of our refining operations. The Company plans to form a refining subsidiary and license related Intellectual Property and assets to the new subsidiary."

Now, why in the world would you go ahead and create yet another subsidiary to muddy the already muddy waters of this company? This is just wasting more of our money complicating something that doesn't need to be complicated. Here's a better idea. How about if you just spend all this Press Release money on fixing the damn Kilns so you can get back to WORK and actually make MONEY recycling the circuit boards, instead of TALKING about it!!! Or, how about spending this money and get us back trading again, alright, already!!! After all that was something we were told was going to happen almost THREE YEARS. Enough said already!!!

Let me remind you that there are three Men at the at the top of Itronics, and Auric Gold & Mineral that have over a century of knowledge in the Mining Industries, Chemical Engineering, and Geology. A century of connections from working all over the World. They have their own sales force working with Farming and Fertilizer too. I have my own idea what is needed. The need for Industries to change when something better comes along.

I'm in the same situation as you, I invested my first money in this stock long before the reverse split in 2008. Since then I've gradually built up my position, but was blinded - not enough to sell - when the price skyrocketed in early 2021.
I would also be in favour of asking Mr Whitney to step down and replace him with someone who has less vested interests but more sense of commercial success. However, I would first seek a revaluation of the old shares rather than investing fresh money in Itro's new activities. I am also convinced that nobody would really get in unless they see a serious restoration of the fundamental value of the old shares.

With all respect to Dr. Whitney, your statement is valid & true. I have followed & invested in Itronics for over those 30 years. Would you have suggestions on how & where we can find out as soon as trading commences? I look forward to investing in this new activity. Thanks for any information you may learn.

At this point, I like to think that we all can agree that Mr. Whitney needs to retire and or turn over the reigns to someone else who's more aggressive, organized and financially minded. We seem to just keep spinning in circles and I'm just not seeing the kind of forward momentum we should be having after 30+ years in business and numerous reverse splits.

All I see in it is crowdfunding, raising money ... etc.
As an shareholder in this company, I'm wondering if my existing shares will regain their value,

The only place you can buy Itronics shares out side of the company is on the Expert Market. Just Google Expert Market To find out more about that. Trading of the shares is not available to the general public at this time.......

I believe that not only that, but also, as you write, a certain amount of pressure must be exerted by the authorities, pressure to avoid further environmental damage, pressure, possibly with subsidies as a lure, to clean up contaminated sites where necessary. The increasingly expensive and problematic extraction of sands is playing an ever greater role in financial considerations!
I see this as an immense opportunity that needs to be utilised!

Environmental issues......Endanger Spices Act. Clean Water Act. Frogs, Owl, Salmon, Steal head fish, many more Animals, and Plants. The three that were shut down. Two were on Rivers. Big no,no in Cali, and the third was a open pit mine. Welcome to California. There going to need a lot of sized Rock, and the train track come from Reno strait into the S.F. Bay Area.....

Curious why they were shut down?

Up here were I live in Mendocino County ca. in the past 5 years they have shut down three Industrial Minerals operations. We have to truck sized rock from up to one hundred miles away. eventually they will all be shut down, and imported from elsewhere....Canada, hopefully NV.
