Definitely under the radar. It’s going to change quickly. All investors need to do is review and really listen to what Jeff has been stating in his last dozen videos. We have had plenty of time to accumulate positions at this incredibly undervalued price point. It’s still cheap. Merry Christmas .

DB was never involved here fortunately. This is looking strong and relatively thin.

The form 10 fiing is a step taken to become a fully reporting, SEC filing company. Comprehensive financial information and history of the company is included, usually accompanied by audited financials. Once it is reviewed and accepted it is likely that MRES and RLAB will uplist to OTCQB status. This has many benefits as it is now one step away from Nasdaq or NYSE listing. Brings a whole new level of compliance and legitimacy to the businesses. Also often attracts more sophisticated “investors”, and those who wish to make direct investments into the company to increase the pace of growth.. Many have been waiting for this step as it indicates that management is ready to disclose to the public their entire plan and motivations, partnerships , etc. IMO
