I'm assuming these shares were / are already accounted for in the fully diluted share count. Could this be a precursor of them cleaning up the share structure more to uplist to Nasdaq and look for attractive to institutional investors?? Thoughts. 

Pretty sad when we will wake up one day and realize that it is no longer him that the free world hates and holds accountable with disdain and fear ....but it is us they blame.
