Glencore Says Directors' Remuneration Policy Passed With Low Count at AGM

Glencore PLC said Thursday that all resolutions presented at the
annual general meeting were approved, but the one on the
remuneration policy for directors passed with a low count.
The mining and commodities-trading company said the resolution
for approval of the policy on directors' remuneration received
74.2% of total votes cast.
Shares at 1400 GMT were down 0.55 pence, or 0.2%, at 302.3
pence.
